Standard shipping is free site wide.
There is the option for Express Post at checkout however it will incur and additional fee.
All orders that contain Class 3 Dangerous Goods (e.g. CND Shellac, Nail Lacquer, Gel, etc) must travel by road transport only, therefore excluding the option for Express Post. Please note that the transit time frame may be slightly longer than that of air freight.
All items are posted within 2 business days after payment.
Shipping is within Australia only.
Transit times typically vary between 2-8 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping origin (Rockhampton, Qld).
Delivery time for orders shipped to Western Australia and some remote regional areas may be up to 14 business days from the date of despatch from our Qld warehouse.
All of our orders have tracking ID’s, so if you have any concerns regarding the delivery please don’t hesitate to request the tracking number. This allows you the option to monitor the status of your order online.
If the online Australia Post tracking system is showing that your item has been delivered and you have not received your purchase, it is then the customers responsibility to initiate an investigation with Australia Post. This is a requirement stipulated by Aust post.
The buyer bears the charges for any returns, as you would for any retail outlet purchase.

Any products that offer a colour range, please note that actual colours may vary from images displayed by us. They are a guide only as to what to expect the colour will look like after application.
Colour representations will vary on computer screens and mobile devices, so be sure to research and select your colour carefully.

Requests for product returns will be assessed on a case by case basis depending on individual circumstances.
Eligible items for return MUST be in their original condition, unopened, unused and within 30 days from date of purchase.
Please contact us immediately if item is found to be faulty or incorrect prior to unpacking or using.
We will not unfairly refuse to accept a return and we may choose to refund instead of providing a replacement product.
Due to strict health and safety and hygiene legislations we cannot accept some items for exchange or refund unless faulty or an incorrect item has been sent, as we would be unable to on-sell the item(s) given there is no guarantee that the item has not been opened, used or tested.
We do advise sufficient research is done prior to any purchase you make.
